Craig S. Harrison

Craig S. Harrison, SAFRR Director, is a retired environmental and administrative law attorney. Based in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm, for decades he represented Fortune 100 companies with respect to EPA rulemakings, regulatory compliance, and enforcement litigation.
Craig is the president of Save Our Sonoma Roads (focused on improving the Sonoma County road system) and a founding board member of the American Bird Conservancy (wildlife conservation). He is active in community affairs and served 18 years on the Bennett Valley Community Association board of directors, including 12 years as president.
After the 2017 Tubbs fire came within 150 yards of his Bennett Valley home, he became concerned about the implementation of the Fire Safe Road Regulations both in Northern California and throughout the state. Craig is a founding member of SAFRR.
